Preferred Qualifications
- Harness GitOps / Argo CD experience
- Experience migrating Jenkins or other CI/CD pipelines to Harness
- Harness RBAC, governance, secrets, connectors, delegates, and reusable pipeline templates
- AWS EKS or Azure AKS experience
- DevSecOps experience
- Experience with SonarQube, Snyk, Aqua, Prisma Cloud, or similar security platforms
- Experience with Nexus, JFrog Artifactory, or other artifact repositories
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk, or similar observability platforms
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Harness CI/CD pipelines
- Develop reusable pipeline templates and deployment standards
- Integrate Harness with Git, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, artifact repositories, security tools, and monitoring platforms
- Migrate legacy Jenkins and other CI/CD pipelines to Harness
- Implement automated deployment, verification, rollback, and release strategies
- Troubleshoot build, deployment, infrastructure, and pipeline issues
- Establish CI/CD best practices and DevOps standards
- Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, security, and architecture teams
- Support enterprise DevOps and cloud transformation initiatives
