Development Manager - .Net Fullstack (. Net , Angular )

Position Overview

We are seeking a Lead .NET developer with strong, hands-on experience in both Microsoft .NET development and Angular frontend development.

The ideal candidate must be equally comfortable working across the backend and frontend stack, with strong expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework/Core, Angular, TypeScript, and SQL Server.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring the ability to design, develop, troubleshoot, review code, and provide technical guidance to the development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise applications using .NET Core and Angular.
• Develop robust and scalable ASP.NET Core Web APIs and RESTful services.
• Design and develop modern web applications using Angular and TypeScript.
• Build reusable Angular components, services, modules, and UI functionality.
• Integrate Angular applications with backend .NET Core APIs.
• Work extensively with Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core.
• Design and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, views, and database objects.
• Participate in technical architecture and solution design discussions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, performance, and production issues.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, QA, Product Owners, and other technical teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and performant.

Mandatory Technical Skills

.NET / Backend

• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core / .NET 6+.
• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core Web API and RESTful services.
• Strong experience with Entity Framework / Entity Framework Core.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with enterprise application architecture.

Angular / Frontend

• Strong hands-on experience with Angular is mandatory.
• Candidates must have recent, hands-on Angular development experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong understanding of Angular components, modules, services, directives, pipes, routing, and dependency injection.
• Experience with Reactive Forms, RxJS, Observables, and API integration.
• Experience building reusable and responsive Angular applications.
• Experience with Angular application performance optimization.
• Understanding of frontend architecture and best practices.
• Experience with state management such as NgRx is preferred.

SQL Server

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong SQL query writing skills.
• Experience with joins, stored procedures, views, functions, indexing, and query optimization.
• Ability to troubleshoot database and application performance issues.

Lead-Level Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Ability to lead full-stack development across .NET and Angular.
• Strong code review and technical leadership experience.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience mentoring and guiding development teams.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Work Location

New Jersey – 100% onsite, Monday through Friday.

Candidates must be willing to work from the client location all five days per week.
