About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Backend & DevOps Engineer to architect, scale, and maintain our core server-side logic and cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for building robust APIs that power our mobile apps while establishing reliable CI/CD pipelines and high-availability cloud systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Architecture: Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure RESTful/GraphQL APIs to support iOS and Android frontend platforms.
• Infrastructure & Cloud: Manage and scale cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• DevOps & CI/CD: Build automated deployment pipelines, maintain Docker containers, manage Kubernetes clusters, and automate mobile build deployments.
• Database & Performance: Optimize database schemas, query performance, and caching layers (PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, MongoDB).
• System Reliability: Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) to maintain 99.9%+ uptime.

• 4–5 years of experience in backend engineering paired with active DevOps/infrastructure responsibilities.
• Strong mastery of modern backend frameworks (Python/Django/FastAPI).
• Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).
• Strong understanding of security practices, OAuth2/JWT authentication, and microservices architecture.
