IT Infrastructure Engineer

CAMPUS USA Credit Union is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Administrator to help maintain and enhance our on-premises and cloud infrastructure. This role will troubleshoot complex technical issues, support infrastructure projects, and help ensure our systems remain secure, reliable, and efficient.

What You'll Do

• Administer and monitor servers, networks, cloud environments, storage, virtualization, and other infrastructure systems.
• Perform system maintenance, patching, upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and serve as an escalation point.
• Support security, backup, disaster recovery, compliance, and business continuity efforts.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and automation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and technical partners and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for critical infrastructure support.
  

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Infrastructure or Systems Administration experience, including production systems ownership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, networking, security, operating systems, and disaster recovery.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Industry certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-800/801, RHCSA, VMware VCP, or Cisco CCNA are preferred.
