Senior DevOps Engineer

📍 Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States (Hybrid)

Are you passionate about building reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure and driving automation across enterprise platforms? We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to help enhance system performance, deployment efficiency, and operational resilience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support modern cloud solutions while championing automation, security, and best practices across the software delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, automate, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure to support business-critical applications.
  • Build, optimize, and support CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable software deployments.
  • Implement and enhance monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to improve system observability and reliability.
  • Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption and configuration management across environments.
  • Partner with software engineering, data, and operations teams to improve system performance, reliability, and incident response processes.
  • Strengthen security across cloud platforms, containers, and data environments while ensuring adherence to governance and compliance standards.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term corrective actions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on deployment automation, system resilience, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience managing large-scale production workloads in cloud environments.
  • Strong expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and cloud automation practices.
  • Knowledge of cloud platform administration, system reliability, and operational support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cloud-related professional certification, such as DevOps or cloud engineering credentials.
  • Kubernetes or container orchestration certifications.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
  • Strong Linux system administration background.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies in production environments.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent undergraduate qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
