What You'll Be Doing
- Develop Kubernetes-native software using Go, including custom controllers, operators, and automation tooling.
- Design and implement Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs), reconciliation loops, and platform automation workflows.
- Build and maintain software that automates provisioning, scaling, upgrades, recovery, and operational processes.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation.
- Hands-on software development experience with Go (Golang) or strong experience in another language with the ability to work in Go.
- Strong practical experience with Kubernetes, containers, Linux, and cloud-native technologies.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Kubebuilder, Operator SDK, controller-runtime, or client-go.
- Experience building Kubernetes Operators, admission webhooks, or custom platform automation tools.
- Exposure to EKS, AKS, GKE, Rancher, Spectro Cloud, or similar Kubernetes platforms.
