Every seamless deployment, every pipeline that just works, every incident caught before it becomes a problem, that's DevOps done right, and it rarely gets the credit it deserves.

We're looking for a DevOps Engineer who wants to change that: someone who'll help build, automate and support the cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines and engineering tooling that keep software delivery reliable, secure and fast across a complex technology landscape.

You won't be working in isolation. This is a role built on collaboration, sitting alongside development, QA, architecture and integration teams, with real input into how automation, platform reliability.

This role is a genuine step up, not a leap in the dark.

We're not looking for someone who's seen it all, we're looking for someone with around 2-4 years' commercial experience who's ready to own more, learn fast and build real expertise.

Bring hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and a solid grasp of CI/CD principles, and we'll bring the rest: the mentorship, the exposure and the room to grow into a genuinely strong DevOps engineer.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing, building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines that make software delivery faster and more reliable
• Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud platform solutions that scale with the business
• Automating deployment, testing and operational processes to cut out manual effort and reduce risk
• Managing and optimising development, test and production environments
• Implementing monitoring, logging and observability solutions so problems get caught early, not after the fact
• Supporting incident resolution and driving continuous service improvement
• Embedding security and DevSecOps best practices into every delivery pipeline
• Collaborating with engineering teams to improve developer experience and overall delivery performance

What You'll Bring

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline development
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services
• Sharp problem-solving instincts and the communication skills to work confidently with stakeholders across the business
