What you need
- At least 4 years in sales, including 2 or more years managing a sales, inside sales or appointment setting team.

- Advanced written and spoken English. You will coach, write scripts and sell in English.
- Availability Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Central Time, plus weekends as needed.
- A direct communicator who manages by the numbers, follows through and stays disciplined working remotely.
- Be available for video calls with leadership and the team throughout the workday.
- Leave no thread unresolved, and share status before anyone has to ask.
- Deliver work by end of day, not end of week.
- Run several priorities at once without dropping work.
- If something can't meet the daily standard, give advance notice and a plan to finish it.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude daily, and pick up new tools quickly.
- Work daily in Google Workspace, Airtable, ActiveCampaign, Salesmsg and Zapier.
- Automate what repeats. Doing a manual task more than three times is an inefficiency.

ElevateOS is a PropTech company based in Chicago. We power resident experiences in apartment communities across the United States and Canada. Our resident app gives each property its own branded home for events, amenities and services.Residents use the app to book services that our team sells, schedules and manages. These include away home checks, dry cleaning and laundry, guest suites, handyman, housekeeping, item removal, massage, mobile car detailing, moving and pet care.Every booking starts as a lead. Our scheduling team works those leads by text, email and phone and turns them into booked services.We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead that team across every service line. You will own sales results, coach the people who produce them, and build the SOPs, training manuals and training programs that make strong performance repeatable.You will lead a team of about 14 people, including 2 department heads, and report to our CRO.What you will do
Lead the team- Directly manage the schedulers and department heads in every service line.
- Set daily, weekly and monthly expectations for every lead owner.
- Run weekly 1:1s and coach each person on their numbers: what worked, where the sale was lost, what to do next.
- Recognize top performers and put improvement plans in place for anyone below target.
- Take part in hiring and shift coverage.
- Own bookings, win rate and revenue against goal for each service line.
- Make sure every new lead gets a text, an email and a call within 5 minutes.
- Keep pending leads moving so no lead sits without a next step.
- Review the pipeline daily and step in on stalled leads and large bookings.
- Run the team scorecard and monthly sales competitions.
- Report results, trends and risks to leadership weekly.
- Write and maintain the sales SOP and training manual for each service line.
- Document how leads move through our CRM, from first contact to completed service.
- Build SMS, email and phone scripts, including objection handling.
- Turn what top performers do into a written standard.
- Update documents whenever a process, price or service changes.
- Build and run onboarding so new schedulers ramp fast and sell with confidence.
- Hold regular training sessions, role play practice and call reviews.
- Review calls, texts and emails weekly and give specific feedback.
- Create a skills path for each role with clear steps to grow.
- Track results before and after training to prove what works.
- Keep lead data clean: every record has an owner, a status and a reason.
- Work with operations and vendor teams to close coverage gaps that cost sales.
- Find where leads drop off and fix it with process, scripts or automation.

Conditions
- Full time, fully remote contractor role.
- Paid in USD twice a month, on the 15th and last day of the month.
- Up to $500 monthly performance bonus on top of base pay.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Central Time, plus weekends as needed.
- We use Hubstaff for time tracking.
- Reports to the CRO.
- Clear ownership of a team and a defined set of numbers.
- The SOPs and training you build become how the whole company sells.
- Your own computer, reliable internet and a headset.
- A quiet workspace where you can take calls.
- Submit a video answering 3 questions.
- Intro interview with the CRO.
- Complete a practical exercise and go over it during a live call.
- Final interview with the CEO.
Nice to have
- Experience in residential services, hospitality, property management or home services.
- Experience selling over SMS and email as well as phone.
- Experience with Airtable, ActiveCampaign, Salesmsg or similar tools.
- Experience running sales for several service or product lines at once.
- A background in sales enablement or learning and development.
- Experience designing incentive or bonus programs.
- Experience with automation tools like Make or Zapier.
