Market Making & Liquidity Manager — Spot and FuturesLocation: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia | Full time | Office based CZR Exchange is hiring a Market Making & Liquidity Manager to oversee liquidity and market quality across our spot and futures trading pairs. You will monitor live order books, manage relationships with liquidity providers, and work with our trading, risk, and technology teams to keep markets orderly and trading systems reliable. This is a hands-on role for someone who has managed live exchange markets.

Responsibilities

Monitor spreads, order-book depth, execution quality, and liquidity across spot and futures pairs. Review market-making performance and adjust configurations within approved limits. Track inventory, capital usage, and exposure across designated trading accounts. Monitor futures funding, mark and index prices, liquidations, and unusual market activity. Coordinate new pair launches, liquidity testing, and trading coverage. Respond to liquidity gaps, trading-system issues, and market incidents using documented escalation procedures. Work with external market makers, liquidity providers, and exchange technology partners. Deliver daily market-quality, exposure, and incident reports to leadership.

Requirements

Hands-on experience in crypto exchange market operations, market making, quantitative trading, or liquidity management. Practical understanding of both spot order books and perpetual futures markets. Experience with exchange APIs, trading bots, inventory controls, and risk limits. Ability to analyze live market data and make sound decisions under pressure. Strong documentation and communication skills. Based in Malaysia and able to work from our Kuala Lumpur office.
