We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer with strong hands-on experience in VMware, Kubernetes, Linux, cloud infrastructure, automation, and enterprise platform support.

🎯 What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience
- Strong experience supporting enterprise virtualization and cloud platforms
- Hands-on VMware/ESXi administration and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes and modern container infrastructure
- Strong Linux and networking fundamentals
- Experience developing automation scripts and operational tooling
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure and application layers
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Ability to work with cross-functional application and infrastructure teams
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Must be available to work onsite 4 days per week
