Senior Data Analyst


Central London | Hybrid | Up to £70-75k



An exciting opportunity for a Senior Data Analyst to use customer and subscription data to directly influence retention, engagement and growth within a digital business.

Data plays a central role in understanding audiences, improving digital products and driving commercial decisions. You will join a collaborative environment with strong opportunities to develop your analytical skill set and make a visible impact.



The Role

  • Analyse the end-to-end subscription funnel, identifying conversion opportunities and drop-off points.
  • Develop and maintain Lifetime Value models and churn prediction models.
  • Analyse customer retention, engagement and subscription behaviour.
  • Build dashboards and monitor key subscription and user metrics.
  • Turn complex customer data into clear commercial recommendations.
  • Partner with Growth, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Data teams.
  • Support experimentation and measurement across product and marketing initiatives.


Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong commercial experience in data analytics, customer analytics or subscription analytics.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Experience with BI and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of customer lifecycle, retention, LTV or churn analysis.
  • Understanding of statistical analysis, experimentation and predictive modelling.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to turn analysis into actionable recommendations.
  • Python or R and digital subscription experience would be advantageous.
