This role sits within one of their U.S. manufacturing or engineering operations.

• Programming experience across a mix of languages such as C#, Python, C++, Java, or MATLAB

• Version control experience with a tool such as Git, GitLab, or SubVersion

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and debug software that supports measurement, inspection, gauging, and data collection
• Build software for machine vision, image processing, and machine learning based reporting systems
• Interface with sensors, motion systems, lighting, and cameras, and write the logic that operates on the data they generate
• Support both early stage projects and mature, high volume manufacturing software systems
• Resolve software issues and contribute ongoing improvements and enhancements
• Follow established software development practices to keep projects moving efficiently
• Work alongside a small, multi discipline engineering team

What We Need From You

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a related technical field
• 0 to 3 years of experience, including relevant coursework or project work for recent graduates
• Working knowledge of at least one of C#, Python, C++, Java, or MATLAB
• Some exposure to a modern web framework such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue
• Familiarity with a version control tool such as Git

Preferred / Bonus

• Experience with relational databases and data analysis
• Exposure to designing, building, or maintaining enterprise applications
• Familiarity with inter process communication tools or techniques
• Basic understanding of control systems
• Master's degree in a related technical field
