We're seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and support a team building applications across customer-facing, business-to-business, and internal platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior engineer ready to step into management or an early-career engineering manager looking to grow.

Lead, mentor, and develop engineers through coaching, feedback, and career growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Architecture teams to align priorities, manage trade-offs, and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Oversee engineering operations, including development workflows, code review processes, deployments, monitoring, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Remove blockers, improve team efficiency, and ensure successful delivery across multiple projects.
- Provide technical oversight and participate in architectural discussions while driving execution and accountability.
Qualifications
- Strong software engineering background with the ability to contribute to technical decision-making.
- Experience leading teams, projects, or engineering initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering and product organizations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with technologies such as Python, FastAPI, Django, React, Next.js, PHP, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Terraform, and AWS.
