AI DevOps Tech Lead - Up To $250k + Bonus

I’m working with a rapidly growing technology business that is building out its AI engineering capability and looking for an experienced engineer to work closely with their AI, Data and Software Engineering teams.

This isn't a traditional DevOps role where you're simply managing pipelines and cloud infrastructure. You'll be responsible for building the bare metal infrastructure, automation and deployment foundations that enable AI engineers and developers to build, test and deploy at scale.

Your New Role

• Partner closely with AI/ML, Data and Software Engineers
• Build and maintain the infrastructure supporting AI workloads and applications
• Own the CI/CD and deployment architecture across engineering
• Develop scalable and highly reliable Kubernetes platforms
• Automate infrastructure, deployments and operational processes
• Act as the bridge between AI engineering and infrastructure

Your Experience

• 6+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability or AI Engineering roles
• Strong production Kubernetes experience (on-premise or cloud)
• Strong automation skills in Python or Golang
• Experience supporting AI/ML, Data or highly compute-intensive engineering environments
• Experience with tools/platforms such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Ray, Airflow, or similar
• Understanding of LLM application infrastructure, model serving, inference or AI platforms
