Senior DevOps Engineer – FinTech - Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, Python, Security, Line Management

Oliver Bernard are currently seeking a strong, Senior DevOps Engineer to join a client of ours on a transformational project across their platform. Existing plans are focused on driving their On-Prem and Azure practices, whilst improving their cross-functional processes / liaison across their DevOps and Development teams.

The existing team consists of various senior engineers who work closely with engineering day to day, and are responsible for scaling their practices across Cloud, Containers, and IaC technologies, whilst driving best practices from a broader engineering perspective across Infrastructure.

To be considered, the following experience is required:

• Prior experience in Azure and On-Prem driven environments
• Hands-on containerisation work with Docker and Kubernetes
• History of work across IaC and Automation (with Python and PowerShell)
• CI/CD expertise with Azure DevOps and GitHub
• Knowledge of Security and Monitoring is also required (Datadog, Prometheus etc)
• A strong Software Development background is also required (comfortable coding with C# / .Net)
• Prior experience in the Finance and Regulated environments is also a big bonus

This is a hybrid opening, with office visits required 4 days p/week, and can offer £100-125K (plus benefits) for the right profile.
