Requisition Title: Senior Software Engineer

Duration: 12 Months contract

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop, design and conclude experiments to accelerate business capabilities in Generative AI for safety-critical development

Basic Qualifications:

Must be a US Citizen

Strong software development experience and skills

Proficient in Unix/Linux

Proficient in Python

Proficient in Full Stack Development

Proven execution skills in the development of complex systems

Ability to communicate clearly to large audiences

Understanding of the fundamentals of AI/ML through research or practice

Experience in deploying Generative AI powered applications

Experience with Large Language Model (LLM) development frameworks (e.g. LangChain, Haystack)
