👤 About the Role

In a context of strong growth, we are reinforcing our engineering team and looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to build, scale and secure our cloud-native platform. You will work at the heart of our AWS infrastructure with a strong focus on scalability, automation and resilience. Security is not a checkbox here; it is an engineering reflex.

🔎 Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain robust cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC…)

• Manage and optimise Kubernetes clusters (EKS) in production, ensuring reliability and security at every layer, while overseeing staging environments with a focus on hosting cost control and monitoring.

• Champion Developer Experience by building reliable, transparent GitLab CI/CD pipelines, allowing our engineers to focus on shipping code rather than debugging the deployment process

• Automate infrastructure with Terraform and promote a rigorous Infrastructure as Code culture across the organisation

• Embed security at every stage (DevSecOps): workload hardening, secrets management, IAM compliance, image and dependency scanning

• Set up and maintain monitoring, logging and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / CloudWatch)

• Participate in incident management and drive continuous improvement with an SRE mindset

• Work closely with development teams to raise the collective DevOps maturity of the organisation

• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch

• Scripting Bash · Python

• Security DevSecOps, IAM hardening

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud or SRE environments - building better systems, not just surviving on-call rotations

• Strong command of AWS and Kubernetes (EKS), you know what is running in your cluster and why it is there

• A genuine security mindset: you think "least privilege", "zero trust" and "blast radius" before anyone asks you to

• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab ideally) and a well-established Infrastructure as Code culture

• Ability to work autonomously, make technical decisions and defend them clearly

• Collaborative mindset, oriented toward continuous improvement and comfortable working hand-in-hand with development teams

• Proficiency in French or Arabic is a plus; strong technical English is required
