Intermediate/Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS, Java) / IT

What You Will Do:

• Ensuring development tasks to support new release of the project/solutions.
• Provisioning of server, client, and web applications, as well as web services on Linux
• Participation in database administration (DB2/PostgreSql)
• Configuration and provisioning of Windows clients
• Creating and maintaining Jenkins jobs for build, deployment, and monitoring
• Maintenance and adaptation of existing batch jobs and scripts (Linux, Windows)
• Participation in the migration of server components to the AWS Cloud
• Configuration of AWS Cloud infrastructure (network, certificates, access control)
• Kubernetes cluster administration
• Container/services: build, configuration, operation
• Implementation, enhancement and maintenance of Webservices based on SpringBoot

What You Will Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps engineering and architecture
• Experience with Linux, scripting
• Experience with CI/CD — Jenkins pipeline concepts, Git/GitHub workflows
• Experience with Containerization — Docker, reading/maintaining Dockerfiles
• Experience with AWS - EKS/Kubernetes basics, VPC/networking zone concepts
• Basic knowledge in R programming / Java development
• Basic knowledge with Oracle and PostgreSQL
• Development of SOAP/Rest Web Services based on Spring Boot
• B2/C1 German language knowledge is a PLUS!

About Your Contract:

• 40 hours/week
• Full-time, indefinite contract
• Location: Budapest, Hungary
• Hybrid working model with 1-2 office days per week
• Occasional travel to customer locations across Europe
• Onboarding and acclimatization period provided
• You must be currently eligible to work in Hungary
