Responsibilities:

Adoption of continuous delivery, automating the building, packaging, testing and deployment of applications

Create the tools required to deploy and manage applications effectively in production, with minimal manual effort

Help teams to adopt modern delivery practices, such as extensive use of automated testing, continuous integration, more frequent releases, blue/green deployment, canary releases, etc.

Configure and manage code repositories, continuous builds, artifact repositories, cloud platforms and other tools

Contribute towards a culture of learning and continuous improvement within your team and beyond. Share skills and knowledge in a wide range of topics relating to DevOps and software delivery.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Solid experience with running applications and tools from Linux containers
• Solid experience with containers and Kubernetes
• Solid experience with GCP (Google Cloud Plarform)
• Experience with GitHub Actions Workflows
• Experience with implementing monitoring solutions: Prometheus/Grafana/NewRelic
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar.
