Benton is currently partnered with a Mid-Sized Strategy Hedge Fund that is looking to hire a Lead DevOps Engineer/DevOps Architect to join their team. This person will be a hands-on leader helping the company modernize their tech stack into AWS.


This is a permanent direct-hire position and is on-site 4 days a week in New York City or Stamford.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science (Required)
  • 8+ Years of DevOps/Platform/SRE Experience, 2+ as a Lead or Manager
  • Strong with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform (ArgoCD and Karpenter are a plus)
  • Programming with Python
