SALES DEVELOPMENT REP

We’re looking for an SDR who loves talking to people, isn’t afraid of the phone, and knows how to turn a cold call into a warm conversation. This isn’t “hard selling.” It’s about starting relationships, asking great questions, and opening doors for our sales team. What You’ll Do - Make 100+ outbound calls per day - Turn conversations into qualified meetings (FTAs) - Research and prospect new companies - Keep our CRM (HubSpot) clean and accurate - Educate businesses on how we help them with IT & security - Work closely with sales and marketing to drive pipeline You Might Be a Great Fit If You: - Have cold calling experience - Love talking to people and don’t fear rejection - Have a strong phone presence and can think on your feet - Are organized, reliable, and detail-oriented - Are tech-curious and pick up systems quickly - Can get past gatekeepers and talk to decision-makers - Want to grow into sales rep position - Want to join a stable company and stick around for the long haul The Good Stuff - $22–$24/hr + commissions & bonuses - OTE: $60K–$70K+ - Clear career path - Supportive, positive culture - Training, coaching, and real development - Hybrid (2 days remote is an option after 90 days) Equal Opportunity Employer One Step is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
