Social Media Manager - Spanish Language Content

We are seeking experienced Social Media Managers for contract positions to develop and implement vertical video-first content strategies across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram. The ideal candidate possesses deep platform knowledge, exceptional trend awareness, and the ability to rapidly produce compelling content on topics such as news, humor, and culturefor Hispanic Americans and Spanish-speaking audiences in a fast-paced environment.Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English, with fluency in both written and spoken communication. Candidates must be based in the United States.Responsibilities Time Commitment & OutputDedicate 10-12 hours weekly with flexible scheduling; Participate in two 30-min weekly check-ins about the project; Produce and manage 10-15 posts per account for 1-2 accounts weekly across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram. Content DevelopmentSource, identify, and clip relevant video content from news outlets, cultural events, and social media platforms;Craft platform-optimized captions and post copy that authentically represents each account's distinct voice;Strategically leverage our comprehensive content database including stories, videos, photos, CapCut templates, and trending sounds.Strategy & AnalysisMonitor emerging platform trends and algorithm updates to continuously refine content approach;Track and analyze key performance metrics and audience engagement patterns.CollaborationWork effectively with fellow Social Media Managers and Content leadership;Contribute to cross-platform content initiatives and strategy discussions.Vocal Media is committed to developing leaders, policies, and a team culture that embraces diversity and enhances equity.
