Epic Application Analyst - Interconnect

• Work you'll do/Responsibilities
• Configure and validate Epic Interconnect and Bridges components, including message testing, routing, acknowledgments, logs, and vendor coordination.
• Execute interface testing in non-production environments and document results, defects, and retesting evidence.
• Support data conversions through mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, exception management, and cutover readiness.
• Review Nova Notes and Bridges SBARs for impacts, dependencies, risks, testing requirements, and implementation readiness.
• Troubleshoot interface issues across Epic, interface engines, downstream systems, transport layers, and vendor endpoints.
• Provide concise weekly reporting on accomplishments, active work, risks, blockers, and next steps.
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

Qualifications Required

• Prefer one of the following certifications: Epic Interconnect Certification or Epic Client Systems Administrator, or at least one Epic Certification, and 3+ years of hands-on experience with Epic Interconnect
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you ser
• Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
• Excellent Written and Communication Skills
• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
• Must be willing to work client business hours 8-5 Central Standard Time

This compensation range is specific to {insert location} and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.A reasonable estimate of the current range is$78,000.00 to $112,000.00.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
