The Mission

Own the systems a growing group runs on, and build what it is missing.

Our businesses span retail, hospitality, and real estate. They share suppliers, customers, staff, and money, and too much of what connects them is still done by hand. The system the business runs on is being rebuilt, and everything above it is open.

That is your work. The connections between our systems, the internal tools we build rather than buy, the AI-assisted work that removes what nobody should still be doing, and the judgement about which of those is worth doing at all. You will decide much of it, and you will build it yourself.

Your Role

The Systems

• Own the systems the business runs on, and keep them accurate and trusted

• Connect our systems to each other: the online store, point of sale, payments, banking, and reporting

• Turn how the business actually works into how the system works, and close the gaps where the two have drifted apart

• Protect anything touching money or stock: nothing goes live that cannot be checked or reversed

• Keep data clean, backed up, and where the people who need it can find it

The Build

• Design and ship internal tools we are better off making than buying, and own them once people rely on them

• Automate recurring manual work across operations, retail, and finance, and show what it saved

• Build AI-assisted tools for the everyday load: documents, reconciliation, reporting, and internal search

• Build the reporting that lets leadership see the business without someone assembling a spreadsheet first

• Set how automated work is monitored, alerted on, and rolled back when it goes wrong

• Make what you build usable by the people it is for, not only by you

Across The Group

• Own the technology roadmap: decide what we build, what we buy, and what we leave alone, and make the case for it

• Carry what works across our retail, hospitality, and real estate businesses, so it is not rebuilt from nothing each time

• Choose and manage the suppliers and platforms behind what you do not build yourself, and take in-house what is better held there

What We're Looking For

• Several years writing code other people depend on, with Python or JavaScript in regular use

• Things you have built and shipped that people actually used, and can talk about honestly, including what went wrong

• Real experience connecting systems through their APIs, and the patience to debug it when they disagree

• Comfortable with databases and SQL, and respect for the care that money and stock data demand

• Familiar with Linux, version control, and keeping something running once it is live

• You use AI tools in your own work, and you have a clear view on where they should not be trusted

• Strong written English. You will live in English documentation and write it too.

• Good Thai communication, spoken and written, because the people using what you build work in Thai

• Exposure to business systems, ERP, retail, hospitality, or accounting is a real advantage

• Able to set the technical direction and defend it, not only to carry it out

We are open on level. This suits a senior developer who wants a wider remit than one codebase, or a strong mid-level developer ready to step into owning it. Tell us which you think you are.

You should be someone who is uneasy watching a person do by hand what a system could do reliably, and equally uneasy automating something whose correctness they cannot check.

What This Is Not

• Not a help desk seat. In a small team you will sometimes fix what is in front of you, but printers and passwords are not the job.

• Not a configuration role. You will write software, not only tick boxes in an admin screen.

• Not a role where you file a ticket and wait for an outside supplier. You choose them, and you are the person who understands it.

• Not a role that waits for a full specification. Much of the time you will work out what should be built.

• Not an AI research post. We care about what runs on Monday morning, not what demos well.

• Not complex bureaucracy. We work with clarity and intent.

Why Join
