Devops Engineer

1. Job description

• GitOps & Kubernetes: Develop and maintain GitOps infrastructure using ArgoCD, KCL, and rendered manifests. Operate multi-cluster Kubernetes environments (Kubespray) and provide cluster-level troubleshooting support.
• Security & CI/CD: Implement Kyverno for admission control, manage the Harbor container registry, maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and self-hosted runners, and automate security/dependency scanning with Renovate.
• Documentation: Create and maintain runbooks, ADRs (Architecture Decision Records), and post-mortems.

2. Job Requirements

• Kubernetes: 1–2 years of hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in real-world production environments, not just theoretical knowledge.
• GitOps & Helm: Strong understanding of ArgoCD, including App-of-Apps and sync/diff strategies, as well as Helm chart authoring and rendered manifests.
• Systems & Coding: Solid knowledge of Linux and SSH, with scripting experience in Bash/Python and familiarity with PR-based Git workflows.
• English: Good ability to read and understand technical documentation, changelogs, and RFCs.
• Root Cause Debugging: Able to identify and address root causes rather than applying surface-level fixes.
• Careful & Self-Learning: Detail-oriented when working with production environments ("measure twice, cut once") and proactive in learning new technologies.
• Documentation: Able to document processes and solutions clearly so that team members can easily understand, maintain, and take over the work.
