We are looking for a hands-on CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Engineer with strong experience in 4-axis/5-axis milling and CNC programming for complex machining applications.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of 4-axis/5-axis milling manufacturing experience
  • Strong CNC programming experience
  • Siemens NX / NX CAM and Teamcenter
  • Experience with complex multi-axis milling
  • Strong knowledge of cutting tools, tooling and fixturing
  • Experience with manufacturing/process development and shop-floor support
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T
  • Experience with CMM inspection, process troubleshooting and continuous improvement
  • Aerospace, turbine, airfoil, vane, engine or power-generation manufacturing experience is highly preferred
  • Engineering degree in a related discipline
