Location: West Palm Beach, FL – Hybrid (2–3 days onsite) or Remote with up to 25% travel

Duration: 6 Months Contract-to-Hire

Job Overview

Client is seeking a Lead Technical Product Management professional to lead the digital transformation of the Lead-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical SAP teams, driving product strategy, process digitalization, and SAP S/4HANA solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong SAP SD/O2C functional expertise, product ownership experience, and the ability to lead Agile teams through planning, design, development, testing, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Product Owner/Technical Product Lead for SAP Sales, Pricing, Billing, and O2C functional areas.
  • Own and maintain the multi-year product roadmap for Lead-to-Cash processes.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable SAP and digital solutions.
  • Lead process engineering and digitalization of sales and order workflows.
  • Map construction business processes into modern SAP workflows.
  • Support business processes involving unit-price contracts, milestone billing, T&M billing, and retention tracking.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with SAP technical teams, business stakeholders, analysts, and the Center of Excellence (COE).
  • Lead planning, solution design, execution, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Provide functional and technical leadership to analysts and Agile development teams.
  • Drive Agile delivery using Scrum and/or SAFe methodologies.
  • Help define and improve SAP Fiori user experiences and business workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, scalability, and user experience across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle.


Required Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of experience with SAP SD and/or Order-to-Cash (O2C).
  • Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Proven experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Technical Product Leadership.
  • Experience managing a product roadmap and backlog.
  • Strong understanding of Sales, Pricing, Billing, and O2C processes.
  • Experience leading Agile teams using Scrum or SAFe.
  • Strong business process engineering and workflow digitalization experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work across business and technical teams.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori and modern SAP user experience principles.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the construction, engineering, telecommunications, or field-services industry.
  • Experience with unit-price contracts, milestone billing, T&M billing, and retention.
  • Experience leading SAP transformation or digital modernization initiatives.
  • Previous experience providing functional leadership or mentoring analysts.
