Job Title: SAP FICO Applications Manager
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Onsite Requirements: Monday through Friday
Compensation Range: $150,000-155,000 with 8% target bonus

Introduction
We are seeking a Manager of Enterprise Applications (SAP FICO) to lead business capability management and IT investment prioritization for the Finance functional area. In this role, you will guide a high-performing team and serve as the primary link between IT and business stakeholders, making sure technology initiatives support organizational goals. You will oversee requirements gathering, evaluate and deliver IT projects, and integrate solutions across enterprise applications, while championing digital transformation and driving gains in user satisfaction, project delivery, and business process efficiency.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead the team's use of Agile practices such as Scrum and Kanban, facilitating planning, keeping the team focused on its goals, and clearing obstacles to improve how work gets done.
• Foster collaboration and open communication, and help team members build their leadership skills.
• Oversee IT projects and programs from start to finish, tracking progress and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals, and working with external partners as needed.
• Act as the main point of contact between IT and business teams: gather requirements, share updates, address stakeholder needs, and lead project status meetings.
• Prioritize and maintain product backlogs and guide updates and enhancements to company applications so they continue to deliver value.
• Ensure IT plans support business objectives by partnering with business groups to understand needs and recommend process-improving solutions.
• Partner with the IT Results Delivery Office to develop business cases for new projects and report progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to implement new IT solutions and confirm systems work well together.
• Identify innovative technology solutions to business challenges and support the replacement of legacy systems with modern alternatives.
• Hire, coach, and support staff by setting expectations and providing feedback, building a team focused on continuous improvement and results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience determining and delivering on business requirements
• 5 years of medium-to-large-scale program management experience
• 2 years of progressive leadership experience
• Experience managing a globally dispersed team
• Project and program management skills
