Level 4 Test and Integration Engineer - Onsite.
- This is a full time in person position at the Lockheed Martin Virginia Beach site: 1293 Perimeter Pkwy, Virginia Beach, VA 23454
- This is a temporary position needed for approximately 12 - 18 months in duration.
- Start date is August 17 or might be delayed a week because of the LM Talent system transition.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Writing and executing test plans.
- Install and configure software components.
- Coordinate with software developers, technical leads, and stakeholders to identify and troubleshoot system issues.
- Document, track, and report defects.
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years in systems integration or test engineering, preferably within a defense or aerospace environment.
- Windows and Linux Cross-Platform test execution.
- Testing micro-service architectures.
- Database validation using PostgreSQL and basic knowledge of SQL.
- Frontend testing of a Web UI.
- Preferred Skills:
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
- Experience with US Navy training systems and processes.
- Knowledge of Navy and DOD modeling and simulation tools such as Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF), JLVC Analysis Workstation (JAWS), and Joint Simulation Bus (JBUS).
- VMWare virtualized environment experience.
- Experience with Agile workflows using Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence.
