Senior Data Engineer

Senior Data Engineer | Snowflake & dbt | Tulsa, OK | $150K Base

I’m hiring a Senior Data Engineer to help design and evolve a large-scale enterprise data platform within an established financial services environment.

This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll own the design and delivery of enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines, improve engineering standards, and help shape how data is ingested, transformed and delivered across the organization.

What you’ll be doing

• Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Fivetran, Snowflake and dbt
• Architect data flows from raw ingestion through to analytics-ready data products
• Build dbt models, macros, testing, documentation and lineage
• Design and optimize Snowflake for performance, scalability and cost
• Develop data engineering solutions using Python, PySpark and SQL
• Implement Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
• Improve CI/CD, data quality, observability and production monitoring
• Help establish engineering standards and mentor other engineers

What I’m looking for

• 7+ years of Data Engineering experience
• Deep hands-on Snowflake + dbt expertise
• Strong SQL, Python and PySpark
• Experience building complex, large-scale data pipelines
• Experience with Fivetran, CDC and modern ingestion patterns
• Strong cloud experience across AWS and/or Azure
• Terraform and CI/CD experience
• Strong understanding of enterprise data warehousing and data modelling
