Oracle Access Governance Consultant

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client with an immediate need for an Oracle Access Governance/Risk Management Compliance Specialist. This is a 12-month contract position either hybrid in the White Plains, NY area or remote for candidates that are out of the local area. Summary: Join a high-impact transformation project where you'll help shape the future of identity governance and access management for a leading enterprise organization. We're looking for a consultant who can drive governance strategy, optimize access controls, and support complex integrations across Oracle Fusion, Workday, and other critical business systems.

Requirements

• Oracle Access Governance implementation experience required
• Risk Management Compliance (RMC) required
• Identity lifecycle management and access provisioning experience
• Experience with role-based access controls (RBAC) and compliance frameworks
• Experience with Segregation of Duties, financial controls, etc.
• Workday, Oracle Fusion, Active Directory, and ServiceNow integrations experience
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills

Experience With

• Oracle Fusion
• Oracle Access Management OAG (Oracle AG)
• Risk Management Compliance

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
