Python Full Stack Developer

The Opportunity: We are looking for a skilled Python Full Stack Developer to build and enhance modern software solutions with a strong emphasis on Generative AI. This position will involve developing AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, and agent-driven workflows using Python and leading AI development frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance Generative AI solutions using Python and modern AI development frameworks.
• Design and implement intelligent AI agents capable of performing multi-step tasks and interacting with various services and data sources.
• Develop agent-based workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain.
• Create Python-based backend services and application components supporting AI-powered solutions.
• Design application logic that enables AI systems to process information, make decisions, and execute defined actions.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities with APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and other technology platforms.
• Develop reusable components and services for AI-driven application functionality.
• Build workflows that support agent orchestration, tool usage, state management, and multi-step execution.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and AI workflow issues across development environments.
• Optimize Python applications for scalability, maintainability, reliability, and performance.
• Contribute to frontend development and integration of user-facing application functionality.
• Work across backend and frontend components to deliver complete application features.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into working solutions.
• Perform testing, debugging, code reviews, and continuous improvement of application components.
• Stay current with emerging Generative AI technologies, agent architectures, and development practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• At least 2 years of practical experience developing Generative AI applications
• Strong hands-on programming experience with Python.
• Proven experience building AI agents and agentic application workflows.
• Practical experience with LangGraph and LangChain or comparable agent-development frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI application development concepts.
• Experience developing backend services, APIs, and application integrations using Python.
• Understanding of application architecture, software development practices, and API-based integrations.
• Experience working with full-stack application development is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, debug, and enhance software applications.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and development lifecycle practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing production-grade Generative AI applications.
• Experience creating sophisticated multi-agent or agentic workflows.
• Experience using LangGraph for workflow orchestration and stateful AI applications.
• Experience using LangChain for LLM-based application development and integrations.
• Familiarity with integrating AI applications with external APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Experience developing both server-side and client-facing application components.
• Knowledge of modern web application frameworks and full-stack development practices.
• Experience improving the performance, scalability, and reliability of AI-powered applications.
• Familiarity with AI application testing, monitoring, debugging, and optimization.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
