Data Engineering Lead

We are looking for a hands-on Data Engineering Lead

🔑 Must-Have Skills

✅ 10+ years of Software/Data Engineering or Distributed Systems experience

✅ 7+ years of recent hands-on Apache Flink development

✅ Strong experience with AWS Managed Service for Apache Flink

✅ Deep knowledge of Flink DataStream API & Flink SQL

✅ Stateful & event-time processing, watermarks, windows, joins

✅ Checkpoints, savepoints & exactly-once processing

✅ Strong Kafka / Confluent Kafka experience

✅ Java, Python/PyFlink & SQL

✅ AWS: CloudWatch, S3, IAM, Networking & CI/CD

✅ Experience troubleshooting backpressure, checkpoint failures, state growth, Kafka lag, memory/GC and latency issues

✅ Hands-on technical leadership and team mentoring

✅ Experience supporting high-throughput, low-latency, highly available 24x7 platforms
