  • Troubleshoot Jira configuration, performance and user-related issues.
  • Support Jira upgrades, migrations and platform enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain Jira administration and configuration documentation.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business processes into effective Jira solutions.
  • Ensure Jira configuration follows appropriate governance, security and best-practice standards.
