Job Description
- Design and implement high-performance, highly stable platform services
- Support data calculation needs for intelligent risk decision. Delivering high-quality and efficient data computing products
- Participate in offline and real-time data development to support risk analysis, model training, and other risk-related data needs
- Research, evaluate, and apply industry best practices and new technologies in anti-fraud system engineering
- Collaborate closely with product, algorithm/strategy, and platform teams to ensure smooth integration and evolution of the anti-fraud system.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science or a related field
- 5 + years of full time working experience as a software/backend Engineer
- Must have prior experience in big data platforms such as Flink, Spark
- Proven experience designing and optimizing high-concurrency, high-availability backend services;
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to abstract complex business logic into scalable system designs;
- Effective cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset;
- Proficient in at least one programming language, such as Go, Java
- Experience in leading teams, mentoring peers, or owning core modules in large-scale systems is a strong plus
