We are looking for a Software Engineer (Playable Ads) to create engaging, interactive playable ads that drive performance across our user acquisition (UA) campaigns. You will work closely with our Marketing team to turn game concepts into lightweight playable experiences, continuously iterating based on campaign performance to improve engagement, conversion, and downloads.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop, test, and iterate on playable advertising creatives for mobile games
- Turn creative concepts and game ideas into engaging interactive experiences, including prototyping new mechanics and gameplay variations
- Work closely with the Marketing team to improve playable performance based on campaign results and A/B testing
- Optimize playables for performance, loading speed, and file size across mobile platforms
- Explore new tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve the speed and efficiency of playable development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript and/or HTML5
- Hands-on experience with Cocos Creator or similar game engines
- Experience developing game mechanics, gameplay logic, or interactive experiences
- Good understanding of animation, UI interactions, and performance optimization
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to rapidly prototype and iterate
- Passion for mobile games and game development especially puzzle games
