Senior Software Engineer

Location: Shenzhen- onsite office work

Key responsibilities/duties include:

• Troubleshooting, testing and maintaining core product software and databases
• Develop and deploy new features
• Develop and maintain API integrations
• Produce detailed specifications
• Follow industry best practice whilst providing sound technical advice
• Build functionalities based on an agreed software architecture
• Share knowledge and experience to help in building a solid application structure
• Backend development in C++ would be an absolute bonus!

You'll have:

• Proficiency in the English & Chinese Language
• Proven software development experience is essential, C++ would be ideal
• Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools (GIT & GITHUB) and of developing web services
• A Tertiary Qualification in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject, or equivalent experience of 5+ years
• You enjoy transforming complex problems into simple, efficient and correct algorithms.
• You are platform-agnostic and able to work with MEGA's build environments for networks and servers.
• You're proactive, self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to step out of your comfort zone to try something new.
• Artificial Intelligence proficiency
