The Seoul team works directly with major Korean enterprises, taking frontier AI from model to production. This is applied AI at the source: you work with the people who train the models, not just consume the API.

What You'll Do

• Build AI-powered products end to end on top of frontier models: backend, frontend, and the orchestration in between.
• Design and ship LLM pipelines (RAG, agents, fine-tuning) into real enterprise production environments.
• Work directly with enterprise customers to turn their hardest workflows into working AI systems.
• Collaborate with research teams to bring the newest model capabilities into products first.
• Own reliability, latency, and quality in production.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on software engineering, strong in Python and modern web stacks.
• You have shipped production software that real users depend on.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, or agent systems beyond demos.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and ambiguous requirements.
• Business-level Korean and English.
