We are seeking an experienced EHR Systems Analyst III to lead the implementation, support, optimization, and maintenance of healthcare information systems. This role serves as a key liaison between clinical stakeholders, technical teams, and project leaders to deliver effective system solutions, drive process improvements, and ensure the successful operation of critical healthcare applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of electronic health record (EHR) applications and healthcare information systems.
• Analyze business and clinical requirements to design effective system solutions that improve operational efficiency and patient care outcomes.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned applications, providing advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to support system upgrades, optimizations, and new functionality deployments.
• Facilitate system design discussions, workflow analysis, and solution recommendations aligned with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate testing activities, including system validation, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain application documentation, workflows, policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Provide end-user support, education, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful adoption of system enhancements.
• Monitor system performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend process optimization initiatives.
• Support regulatory compliance, data integrity, security standards, and healthcare technology best practices.
• Participate in project planning, implementation activities, and cross-functional healthcare IT initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of healthcare IT, clinical systems, or healthcare application support experience.
• 5+ years of experience supporting and optimizing enterprise EHR applications in a healthcare environment.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare operations, and healthcare information systems.
• Experience leading application implementations, upgrades, and system enhancement initiatives.
• Proven ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver technology solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across clinical and technical teams.
• Experience developing documentation, training materials, and support procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current certification in a major electronic health record platform.
• Experience supporting ambulatory, specialty clinic, occupational health, or outpatient healthcare workflows.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability, clinical documentation, patient management, and operational workflows.
• Experience supporting healthcare application implementations in multi-site environments.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, data privacy requirements, and compliance standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment with occasional travel requirements.
