Members contribute their professional skills and leverage their networks in service of the organization’s gender-equity agenda.Membership is a minimum six-month commitment of approximately six flexible hours per week and includes a $100 refundable deposit, returned after six months of active membership. K–12 educators, retirees, veterans, interns, and students are exempt from the deposit. Overview This is a pro-bono Unpaid volunteer position. JerseySTEM is looking for talented professionals across our departments to commit time and energy as long-term engagement for our mission to provide STEM education to underrepresented middle school girls. The Cactachafire Sourcer/Screenerr will be responsible f Responsibilities - Attend virtual team meetings weekly on Tuesdays 8pm - Login to Catcahfire on a daily basis - Screen applying candidates within 24 hours - Invite other candidates to apply. - Follow up with retained candidates - Send DNQ to those wo are not retained - 3-5 hours/week; Minimum 6 months commitment. Qualifications - Genuine concern about/interest in solving the STEM education gender gap - Intereste in learning Catcahfire, iCIMS and ither HR software - Organized, detail-oriented, and can think big picture - Excellence communication skills (written) - Experience with volunteering, start-up/ non-profit environment is preferred Requirements - Access to a computer and the internet Search Word #HR, #Catchafire, @Screen, #Recruit
