About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Golang Developer with 2 to 5 years of expertise in building cloud-native applications and backend services using Golang and AWS. The ideal candidate will have strong development skills, hands-on experience with cloud technologies, and a passion for building scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and microservices using Golang.
• Build scalable and secure cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services.
• Develop RESTful APIs and service integrations to support business applications.
• Translate business and technical requirements into robust and maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with architects, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in application design, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis for production incidents.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Work with cloud infrastructure and deployment processes in AWS environments.
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, and automation solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Support testing, deployment, monitoring, and production-readiness activities.
• Identify project risks and dependencies and proactively drive issue resolution.
• Contribute to engineering standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in software development and backend application engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Golang development.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
• Hands-on experience working with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures.
• Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience using Git and version control best practices.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of application security, authentication, and authorization concepts.
• Experience working in Agile and collaborative development environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and deliver practical technical solutions.
• Strong ownership mindset with a focus on quality and continuous learning.
