Senior Python Developer

A fast-growing robotics and autonomous systems company is looking for several Senior Engineers (Python) to join the team in Oslo.

You will build and scale the internal systems, tooling, and infrastructure that enable high-quality, reliable delivery across a modern engineering organisation working at the intersection of robotics and autonomy.

This is not a support role — it’s high-impact engineering work shaping how the company builds, tests, and scales complex systems in production.

Key skills required:

• 3–10+ years of software engineering experience, with strong fundamentals (Python preferred, but not essential)

• Experience building backend systems, internal tooling, or automation frameworks

• Comfortable working in Linux-based environments

• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and modern development infrastructure
