Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who enjoys building practical solutions, working closely with users, and leveraging new technologies, including AI, to create business value. You will become part of a growing in-house technology environment where you can influence both technology choices and the future direction of our digital solutions.

This role is based in our Oslo office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and further develop our existing application stack
• Design, build, and implement new features and services across the platform
• Collaborate with colleagues throughout the organization to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
• Work closely with data analysis team to deliver business-focused solutions
• Contribute to the adoption of AI across development, decision-making, and business processes
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies and tools, including AI-powered development and productivity tools
• Engage with stakeholders across the business to understand needs and translate them into practical solutions

Qualifications

• Relevant education and/or experience within IT, software development, or at the intersection of technology and business
• Experience as a software developer, whether you are early in your career or have several years of experience
• Experience with application development and modern software engineering practices
• Experience with:
• Azure Application Platform
• Azure SQL Database/Azure Databricks/Azure Fabric
• AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English
