Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with CICS expertise to design, develop, maintain, and support mission-critical applications running on IBM z/OS environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in COBOL, CICS, JCL, and DB2, and will work closely with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 13+ years of experience in Mainframe development
- Strong hands-on experience with COBOL and CICS
- Experience with JCL, VSAM, and DB2
- Knowledge of IBM z/OS operating system
- Familiarity with batch and online processing concepts
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience with version control and change management tools
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
