About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Java Developer with 7– 10 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable, reliable, and high-performance web applications and backend services.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka/Message Queues, REST APIs, Caching, SQL, and Oracle Database, along with a solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement Microservices-based applications.
• Work with Kafka and other Message Queue technologies for asynchronous communication and event-driven systems.
• Implement and optimize caching mechanisms to improve application performance.
• Write efficient and optimized SQL queries and work with Oracle databases.
• Analyze technical requirements and translate them into robust software solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

• 7–10 years of professional experience in Java development
• Strong knowledge of Core Java
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture
• Strong experience with Kafka / Message Queues
• Good understanding of Caching concepts and technologies
• Experience developing Web Applications and REST APIs
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database
• Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming and software design principles
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with high-volume or distributed applications
• Understanding of event-driven architecture
• Knowledge of performance optimization and application scalability
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Agile development practices
• Experience working in enterprise-level applications
