We are looking for

Role Level: .Net Lead Developer / Technical Lead

Location: Newark, NJ Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

Duration: 6-12 months. Extension possible.

Rate :$55/hr on W2 All Inclusive

Position Summary

Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications across the full technology stack. Responsible for providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, driving architecture decisions, and partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions. The role includes hands-on development across front-end, backend, cloud, and DevOps functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of web applications, APIs, and enterprise solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams.
• Develop scalable solutions using C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET, React, and SQL Server.
• Drive architecture, integration, performance optimization, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and business partners in Agile teams.
• Support CI/CD implementation, cloud deployments, and production support activities.
• Participate in estimation, sprint planning, and technical roadmap development.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET Web API.
• Angular or React development experience.
• SQL Server, Entity Framework, and API development.
• Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps.
• CI/CD, Git, automated testing, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Financial Services / Asset Management experience.
• Experience leading development teams.
