Lead Application Developer

Our client, the largest Wine and Spirits Distributor in Connecticut, is seeking to add a Lead Application/Developer to their team.

I am working directly with the CIO. We have a deep relationship with the company, having worked with the IT team and other teams previously.

In addition to providing great job security and benefits, they are known for their collegial workplace environment, with very little turnover.

Successful candidates for this position will have core, solid C# | SQL development skills and will be confident in their ability and excited to pick up and use a broad range of technologies. Any experience with ERP a major plus but not a requirement.

The company is large enough to offer challenging projects, but small enough to allow you to have significant impact. And the people are great.

The HQ is located in North Haven. This position is hybrid with 3 days on-site and provides a high degree of flexibility understanding the need to deal with unforeseen family issues.

Salary is currently targeted in the range of 110 to 125K plus bonus.
