The Full Stack Developer is responsible for all computer programming, for both front- and back-end systems, as well as creating user interfaces on various platforms, writing code, and developing internal and external web applications. The ideal candidate has experience in software development from conception to development to final use, plus the ability to maintain and upgrade systems as needed. NICHOLAS AIR spares no expense when it comes to the IT department, its internal and external applications, and all website architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end development of web applications, including writing, building, and deployment of software
• Ensure seamless user experiences, optimizing software
• Front-End Development, designing and building user-facing interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Back-End Development, developing server-side logic, APIs, and applications
• Oversee automated testing and provide feedback to management during the process
• Modify and test changes to all developed programs
• Work collaboratively and individually in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with related work experience
• Minimum 5 Years Experience in Full Cycle role building full-stack web applications
• Basic design ability, including knowledge of UI/UX
• Strong understanding of database management
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and support multiple users efficiently to meet all deadlines required
• Ability to visualize a proposed idea and be able to build it out.

• This position is required to report daily to Nashville, TN remote work is not authorized for this position.
