Lead Software Engineer

The Role

• Lead and coach software development teams in an agile environment, ensuring high quality and adherence to standards.

• Analyze requirements from various business areas and translate them into technical concepts for complex projects.

• Conduct architecture and code reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance code quality and promote innovation.

• Proactively identify system vulnerabilities and develop targeted solutions to improve performance.

• Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to achieve project goals and optimize user experience.

• Foster the development of team members, setting clear objectives and monitoring performance.

What You'll Need

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of experience in a leadership role within software development, preferably in an agile setting.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, including empathy and excellent communication abilities.

• High commitment, creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong willingness to learn.

• Extensive technical and methodological expertise with a solution-oriented approach.

• A conscientious, reliable, and systematic methodological approach to ensure high-quality work.
