Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer with strong experience in building scalable, reliable backend systems using Java, Spring, and APIs that deliver real value to customers. The ideal candidate will take ownership of large features end-to-end and proactively identify improvements to system quality, reliability, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and own large features end-to-end
- Collaborate with our product team to deliver high impact for our customers
- Proactively identify ways to monitor the quality, reliability, and security of our systems
- Abide by engineering best practices
- You will design, analyze, code, test, and deploy applications to satisfy business requirements for large, complex projects
- 3-4 yrs of solid development experience using Java
- Experience working with Spring framework
- Strong technical knowledge of CS fundamentals
- Experience building and operating highly available backend distributed systems
- Comfortable leading technical design discussions, making trade-offs, and owning architecture decisions
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Passion for turning business and product ideas into engineering solutions
